# GHOST BRAND: SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY ## 1. MISSION LOGISTICS (SHIPPING) All Ghost Brand gear is engineered, treated with Duritex™, and dispatched directly from our facility in **Kyle, Texas**. We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). * **Standard Deployment:** 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. * **Priority Deployment:** 1–2 business days for urgent mission requirements. Once your gear leaves the terminal, you will receive an automated **Intel Feed** (Tracking Number) via email to monitor its transit. --- ## 2. RETURNS We offer a **30-day return window** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in its original condition (unwashed and with tags attached). However, we encourage you to "field test" the fit and feel before making your final decision. --- ## 3. EXCHANGES Sizing is critical for performance. If you need a different size for a better tactical fit, we offer free exchanges on all domestic orders within the first 14 days of receipt.
